Section 2 Patient
I don't feel safe on the ward, as the night before last night all the male patients were kept awake due to shouting, banging and screaming caused by another male patient. At 6am the same patient picked up the TV and put it down on its side. This frightened me. I ran to the office to ask staff for help, but there was no staff around. I eventually found a member of staff sat in the dining room reading a paper. The member of staff walked with me to my bedroom and i felt a bit better. I feel safe when staff are around.
I appreciate that staff have let my wife come to see me out of visiting hours. That is really good and helps both myself and my wife.

The service I received was good, I was treated with respect and dignity and felt the I could approach staff at all times.
